Chicago police are asking for the public’s assistance as they continue efforts to locate Willie Carter, a 14-year-old boy who has been reported missing from the city’s South Side.

According to authorities, Willie was last seen on Christmas Day in the 13200 block of Langley Avenue. His disappearance has raised concern among family members and investigators, who are working to determine his whereabouts and ensure his safety.

Police say Willie is known to spend time at several locations in the area, including the Altgeld Public Library at 955 E. 131st Street and the Chicago Ridge Mall. Officers believe these places could provide helpful leads as the search continues.

Willie is described as approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall, with short black hair and brown eyes.

The Chicago Police Department is urging anyone who may have seen Willie or has information that could help locate him to come forward.
