Kevin James Schultz, 60, of Columbia, Missouri, entered eternal life on Monday, December 29, 2025. Born in Merrill, Wisconsin, Kevin was the beloved son of Richard and Lee Schultz.
A respected leader in the Columbia automotive community for over twenty years, Kevin worked for the McLarty Automotive Group as Fixed Operations Director for Nissan and Mazda. He was a mentor who championed technical excellence and genuine service. Beyond his professional legacy, Kevin was happiest when grilling meals, taking on home renovations, following the Green Bay Packers, and spending time with family.
Kevin built a life and legacy defined by hard work, resiliency, and commitment. Beneath that firmness was a heart of gold that never stopped growing. He was a devoted family man: a loving husband, a dedicated father, a cherished son, and a supportive brother and grandfather.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Veronica Schultz; his children, Foster (Brenna) Schultz, Brent Reeves II, and Lauren (Michael) Reeves; his grandchildren, Liam, Tatum, and Clark; and his siblings, Tabetha (Scott) Check and Craig (Sara) Schultz. He is now reunited in eternal life with his son, Avery.
Celebration of Life Services will be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at The Crossing Church at 3615 Southland Drive, Columbia, Missouri, 65201. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial donation to Meals on Wheels of Columbia, Missouri. Meals on Wheels serves meals to homebound seniors and individuals with disabilities.
